How much do balloon decor services cost?

While we wish we could list a specific dollar amount right here, each display is custom made and therefore uniquely different as is the cost. We can design and install a gorgeous backdrop with balloons for $500 and we can also do it for $2,500+.Your vision and budget for the event are the primary factors affecting the price. Other factors that affect the price include: -Complexity of decor and design -Number and types of balloons -Backdrop rentals -Custom handmade items -Distance/travel time -Delivery costs for larger displays

How much notice do you need to decorate for my event?

Even if you're still deciding between a couple of dates, complete our on-line quote request ASAP. Once completed, we can make you aware of our availability and, hopefully, find a date that works for both of us. BALLOONS: While we do keep over 15,000 in stock, the sooner we can get you on the schedule the better. There has been a global latex shortage since 2020 and the colors we want are not always available when we need them.

I want helium balloons.  Do you create arrangements with helium?

We do not use helium.  There is currently a helium shortage.  Our displays are air filled.

Is a deposit required?

A 50% non refundable retainer fee is required to secure the date and our services for your event. Once it is received we begin ordering in all of the supplies necessary to transform your event.

The balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept  payments via PayPal, Venmo & Zelle.  If you pay through PayPal there is an additional 2.9% processing fee.

I have an inspiration picture I want. Can you recreate it for me?

More often than not the answer is YES! We strive to make your decor similar but unique. We do not copy another artist's work, but we will make it similar!  

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

We understand that unforeseen things come up like a pandemic, tornados and other emergencies. In the event that you need to cancel, the 50% non-refundable retainer fee cannot be refunded, but can be applied to a future event minus any amount already spent on supplies, time, and labor. If a cancellation is necessary within 48 hours of an event, 75% of the total charge can be applied to a future event minus any amount spent on supplies, time, and labor. No refunds will be granted after delivery has been made and accepted.
